When she was young, she loved to chase her tennis ball endlessly, and whoever was throwing it would usually tire long before she would. She loved to chew rawhide bones, old tied-up socks, used Kleenex, and strangely, the corners of cardboard boxes. All those habits eventually went away as she matured, but she still loved to go for walks, almost til the end. She loved long walks, she loved going in the car, or riding in the boat, wherever her people were. She loved people, and made instant friends wherever she went. The kennel owner near our new home where she stayed only twice, said it well, "She's just happy wherever she is."
